Who We're Looking For
We're seeking bright, caring, energetic, and creative professionals who are eager to learn and dedicated to excellence. We accept applications for the following positions on a rolling basis:
- Behavior Therapy: BCBA, BCaBA, RBT
- Speech Therapy: SLP, SLP-A
- Occupational Therapy: OTR/L, COTA
- Education & Academic Support: Home School Instructors, Day School Staff, Therapeutic Day School Teachers, Tutors
- Social & Vocational Programs: Social Group Facilitators, Vocational Skills Trainers
- Admin Team: Receptionist, Scheduling, Billing, Authorizations, Human Resources
- Internship & Externship Opportunities: ST, OT, ABA, Education, and/or Administration

Student Externships & Internship Opportunities
The future of pediatric therapy, education, and wellness depends on passionate, skilled individuals entering these fields with strong foundations. Therapy & Wellness Connection is proud to support the next generation of professionals through student externship and internship opportunities across our speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, education, and administration departments.
We believe that just as early intervention is critical for our clients, early mentorship is critical for emerging professionals. We take that responsibility seriously, and make sure every student who trains with us receives meaningful, hands-on experience guided by a supportive and experienced team.
